Easy to use, quick results

Signed up for Core Membership. App is simple, Points Tracker works well. Lost 3kg in a month. Happy with it. Will renew.

Love the app and support!

Okay, so I just joined WeightWatchers with the Premium Membership and it's been fantastic! The app is super intuitive, I'm tracking everything so easily. The Digital Workshops are so motivating, and I even used the 24/7 Coach Chat for a recipe idea and got a great suggestion. I'm already feeling better and more in control. Definitely recommending this to everyone!

Smooth sign-up, quick delivery of scales

I decided to try the GLP-1 Program after hearing about it. The online sign-up process was very straightforward, took about ten minutes. I also ordered one of their WW Kitchen Scales at the same time. The scale arrived in three business days to my address in Perth, which was faster than I expected. The app integrated seamlessly with my existing health tracking. I had a small question about linking my activity tracker, and the online support chat responded within an hour with clear instructions. The plan itself is easy to follow, and the food suggestions are practical. Overall, a well-managed service.

Good value, some app glitches

I joined with the Core Membership during an introductory offer, so the value for money was excellent. The Points system is effective, and the Personalized Food Plan gave me a good starting point. Delivery of the WW Reusable Water Bottle was quick, within four days. My main gripe is that the app sometimes lags when I try to log food, which can be a bit frustrating when I'm in a hurry. Customer service via email was polite when I asked about it, but the issue hasn't been completely resolved. Still, I'm seeing results, so it's mostly positive.

Pretty good, easy to use

Signed up for the Core Membership last month because my friend was doing it. The app is actually pretty easy to figure out, and the Points Tracker helps a lot. I've been using the Nutritionist Designed Recipes too, and they're decent. Lost a few pounds already, which is cool. It's just a simple way to keep track of what I'm eating, you know?

If I sign up for like, a 6-month plan, what if I decide it's not for me after a month or two? Can I cancel and get a refund?

W Wendy J. 2 months ago
I think they have a cancellation policy, but usually for multi-month plans, you're committed for the term. You'd have to check their specific terms. I don't recall a money-back guarantee.

C Chris Marsh 2 months ago
Yeah, if you cancel a multi-month plan early, you usually just finish out the time you paid for but won't be charged again. Not really a refund option after the initial sign-up period, if any.

I'm in New York City, if I sign up for the digital plan, how quickly can I get access to the app and everything?

T Todd 2 months ago
Instantly. As soon as your payment goes through, you get access to the app and all the digital tools. No waiting.

Hey, thinking about signing up for WW. Do they ever have a free trial or like, a really cheap intro month?

N Neil Q. 1 month ago
Yeah, I just joined last month and got the first month free. Keep an eye out, those deals pop up a lot.

S Steve K. 1 month ago
They usually do! Or sometimes it's like 50% off for 3 months instead of free. Check their main site, it'll be front and center if they have one.

Can I use more than one discount code when I sign up for WeightWatchers? Like, if I have a student discount and another promo?

D Daisy Foster 1 month ago
Nah, I tried that once. Doesn't work. It's usually one code per purchase.
4
S Sophie 1 month ago
I think most places only let you use one promo at a time, and WW is the same. You'll probably have to pick the best one.

Wondering about the GLP-1 program, is it only for people already on those meds or can anyone sign up for it?

S Sam Z. 1 month ago
Pretty sure that program is specifically for folks who are already prescribed GLP-1 meds. It's more of a support system for that, not a way to get them.
5
F Faith Bennett 1 month ago
Yeah, it's for people on the meds, it helps you track and get guidance with your weight loss journey while using them. It's not a medication provider.

Does anyone know if they offer a student discount? My uni email is still active.

B Brett H. 3 months ago
Yeah, they usually do. Check their site, there's often a dedicated page for student offers or you might need to verify through a platform like UNiDAYS.

I got one a while back! Worth checking their 'deals' section or Googling 'WeightWatchers student discount' to see how to apply for it.

what's the main difference between core and premium membership? is premium worth the extra cost?

T Tom Silva 1 month ago
Core is just the app and points system. Premium adds workshops, either digital or in-person, plus 24/7 coach chat. If you need that extra support, it might be worth it.
1
B Brett 1 month ago
I went with Premium for the workshops, it kept me more accountable. If you're good with just self-tracking and don't need the group dynamic, Core is fine.

How do these guys compare to Noom? Thinking about trying one or the other.

M Mike 2 months ago
WW is more about the points system and community support, Noom is heavier on the psychological aspect of eating. Depends on what you're looking for.
3
S Sophie Walsh 2 months ago
Noom has a different approach with the psychology stuff, while WW is all about the points and tracking food. I found WW easier to stick with personally, but both can work.
